lol.. I had this dilema when i got my tint done as well... I tried 3 Places they all check for tint... then i tryed to leave the windows down, worked the first time just not any other year...

This Is What To Do-

On the Driver side door, un screw the one screw that holds the window switch (Its the whole handle on the inside door pannel) ,Theres a Small "Cap" over the Screw It pops off and you can cap it back after the Inspection, Be sure to leave both windows down, then unplug your window switch... I went ahead and locked the windows before i unpluged them... You can check to see if the Passenger window will not function, if it dose just unplug that one as well... Its only one Screw...

Excuse- "Why dont your windows roll up"

Dont worry If they ask how come your windows dont roll up say that the Motors went out on you, and you dont worry about it because its Spring/Summer, And you keep your car Garaged... Its not Requierd to have working windows...

I have to do this once a year... Not a big deal if you want to keep your Pimped out Limo Tint...

id just strip the tint, get the sticker, and get new tint.....if nothing else works..... your out of pocket like $100 but in the end you get new tint and keep it at 5%
