Why are you blaming the manufacturer when you probably did not properly install it if it's rubbing. I've had my MR test pipes now for two years with no issues.

The welds are pretty crappy on the Megan Racing products. That is, they're weak as hell; they'll break with a slight tap. The quality isn't the best, neither. It's a hit or miss type of deal with them. At least they're cheap.

If you get it rewelded, expect it to break in the same place later down the road. A lot of places will do it real cheap, or even free (ex. Pronto Muffler in Plano) depending on the type of the broken weld.

As far as the exhaust piece hitting your frame or whatever, it's probably installed improperly, or maybe it wasn't made to spec. I'd check that out ASAP.

damn... good thing i read this... i've been eye-balling Meagan suspension setup for a minute... just cause i've never seen it on another car, i was wondering about the quality... WHY isn't everyone buying them???

Anyone had experience with their suspension?

dont need welds breaking on that! i can take an exhaust weld break over suspension breaking ANYDAY!

well i got the pipe rewelded at kens muffler and for $30 it is better then ever, turns out in was a really small bead they welded. anyways i should have known it was coming apart by how raspy it sounded. very happy with the sound now, but i know i get what i paid for and for now i like how quiet it is even with the test pipes since it is my daily driver. as far as the beating on the car it turned out the pipe was angled upwards from production so not a bad install to all of those that wanted to be a smart little jackass! overall i really didnt mean that the product was crap, but more so that the warranty is bs, must have all paper work, pictures to show the issue, pics to show that the vehicle is not extremely lowered, and patience to deal with customer service. i could not wait 4 days for them to decide if it was warranty, this is really how much time they said to expect to wait.
