Hey man..during the recent road race I ran, my exhaust manifold actually burned a hole in that very line...I have a receipt for $170.08 for the LP side line...Fortunately for me a friend that works for acura put my car on the ac machine and a full vacumn and recharge cost me $40..so dont know what you will be charged for the recharge..but $170.08 is what the ac line should cost..
I went to the local autozone and bought high temp wrap for the line and swapped it out myself anfter wrapping the crap out of the new one...you will also have to buy the "quick disconnect" tool from a parts house to remove the connection at the bulkhead on passenger side of car..it was a pain but I got it done..just becareful installing the new one and especially when you take apart the connector..the compressor side is easy..remove one bolt.
another thing that made it easier for me was to take a hacksaw blade and carefully cut the line after the 90 degree bend at the bulkhead..made it much easier o take apart..MAKE DAMN SURE THERE IS NO PRESSURE BEFORE CUTTING!!
Call me if you need any verbal help..
Tom

jeez that sounds expensive for an A/c line... o-well... you already know the dealership is going to cost way more especially if you cant find it in an autozone...
good luck... vacuum and recharge should cost that much... especially since the r-134a doesn't require a license... anybody including their mom's dog can do it...
