Default New to TX question on inspection.

Hello All,

Just moved to Denton County in the Aubrey area all the way from Maryland. I need to get my car inspected soon and I was wondering about the TPS. My TPS light is on because I have aftermarket wheels on the Z, I was wondering if I would fail because of this? I have the stocks if I need to swap but I rather not if I don't have to.

Thanks,

Tire pressure sensor light? That shouldn't fail you.

I'd do my best to get the sensors in the new wheels....since thats a cool feature. But I'm a gadget nut

If you want to fix the light to eliminate this as a possibility, take the bulb out.

i'm a certified inspector. the only light that will fail you is the check engine. no need to worry!
