Damn Brian...isnt your car still under warranty? i took my car in (long time ago when I was still under warranty) with the TSB and they didnt even look at the paper - they just checked my mileage and stated that I was still under factory warranty and should be done within few hours. free of charge..that was at bankston - lewisville..I think your close to that area..

 

yeah i am....i am actually taking it to another dealer today for some other work and i just wanted to have something in hand in case of "issues." but since you didnt have trouble @ bankston, ill go there for the TSB if i cannot get it fixed elsewhere.

 

how long ago did u have this done and what did they do to correct the problem? any issues since? its more of a neusense to me than anything...

 

just heard from dealer. i had taken it in for CEL (bad MAP sensor) which is under warranty. they wont fix the rear axle under warranty (go figure) so ill just take it to bankston for that...

 

it was done like 6 mos ago.. I have had NO issues since.. they just had to regrease the axel (or some lame sh*t like that) wasnt a big deal. if it wasnt under warranty though I think it would have been like 700 bucks! They should take care of you though..should be good..

or just google it ..thats what I did..I know it shows 03/04 models but the TSB # is the same for the 05-06.
