Autox'ing in the rain is an awesome way to increase your driving skills. Plus, it's only max of 40% chance starting from 3PM and the morning looks good to go. I'm not really a fan of SCCA events, but I'm still going tomorrow regardless.

My Z didn't get much attention in Chicago, either. I still need to wash her from the trip down, get the oil changed, and get it inspected.

First ever AutoX I did was in the rain, and I think it actually helped even the playing field for me at least.

I'm getting my inspection done this Saturday hopefully.

 

ImportPartsPro for sure. I always like ordering from them. They are usually the cheapest even with in state sales tax and the stuff gets here quick from Houston. If not, then check with OAKOS. They got me my speed bleeders in a hurry with free shipping. If they have it in stock you should get it by Friday.

I'm dying to go back to dkc. They have half off prices on monday so $15 per 10 minute race session if anyone wants to go. If not I got Gran Turismo 5 last night so I'm set for entertainment for a while lol. No work again this week so I'm job hunting again. Found one job that seems to be interested in hiring me but it seems like the are trying to jip me a bit on pay compared to what they offered a friend of mine and they are based out of carrolton so it is a bit of a drive for me but we will see what happens with it. I just need to start making money again. My job has been great when we've had work and I've made pretty good money but when there's no work, there's no money unfortunately. Honestly this job even at the pay they are offering would be worth it barely if they offered decent benefits but I dont know if they do yet or not. They just called me back while I was typing this and the manager is interested in talking to me. I'm gonna try to get a bit more money from the manager when I speak to him/her. Wish me luck.
