When is the next event for us AutoX'ers ???

Should we do the NTAXS events ? Or move around? I want to do some TT's also so keep that in mind.

NTAXS has only 6 events thru the season...so I would like to do all of them...what about you guys ?

Once NTAXS has 3 events, they take a break until it cools off....so we can do other events after that. So chime in and put your input out there.
We can do so many oth events in the middle of summer.
I have weekends off this month so I am going to try and get in multiple events

NTAXS for sure and most likely BMW on the 7th, Thinking about the PROSOLO on the 13,14 but not sure if thats going to work for the whole weekend. And maybe the PCA timetrial at the end of the month.

Lets get it on Park

Soo I finally decided to go back to the gym and signed up for La fitness. I went with some friends and tried doing the 300 workout. Nearly died half way and couldn't finish lol. Good to be back though.

i just signed up at the one in Lewisville, went up there yesterday and since i havent worked out in 9 months or so, i knew i couldnt go back to the same weight so i dropped some off but did the same amount of reps.... but on the anterior dumbell raises (for shoulders) for whatever dumb reason i did the same weight and reps that i used to.... well needless to say my right shoulder is killing me today, it hurt so bad that i went to the doc today and he said i have tendonitis.... and that i cant work out that area for 2 weeks..... guess legs and cardio for a while

got the Takeda intakes put in, i like how they put all the connections on the bottom of the tube so the top is clean and not cluttered, scratched the drivers side one a little when installing (prob why they said remove the strut bar). i like the shields, it is open all along the fender so you are getting air from the factory inlet, up from the fender well, and where it comes up under the hood. throttle response is crisp and smooth, and it actually made my car a litte quieter because it eliminates the factory resonator under the engine cover. why is it every time i work on my car i drop a bolt in the engine area never to be seen again

and while i was in there i went ahead and adjusted the engine damper, i was able to take it out 2 more turns now it feels really solid. hood dampers next week..... then time to start working for motordyne exhaust, then re tune and be done with almost all bolt on performance stuff..... after the exhaust i pretty much would have the best stuff in my opinion, and not really any other bolt on performance stuff i could do handling yeah some things but for the most part unless i went to coils that is all cheap stuff

travis why do you have two intake filters? isn't that redundant -

scott - i was not able to run - instead i did ride alongs and yelled at people to BRAKE BRAKE BRAKE - GO GO GO wtf step on the gass GO! now BRAKE HARD! BRAKE HARD - GOOO! so that was fun

I did meet a Z guy with AP racing brakes and an ARP spoiler like mine some suspension work like mine running on wheels like chris P with hoosier R6's and stock motor setup - he was turning out 1:57s completely awesome and respectable times - odd - his name was Mike as well...... but his z was yellow - very cool dude and a very good driver -

i'll be buying some Hoosier R6's fwiw - like - i'm ordering them now lol

here are some of my fav's from tx2k

Hey Jody,

So nice to hear from you....I'm sorry your health is still an issue. I hope it gets better for you soon.

I have since been laid off of my job and am looking for something new and exciting....but until then I am riding the unemployment wave.

So I probably will have limited events this year due to funds and no good tires.

If you know of anybody that needs some brake work done then let me know....I will change out pads for good price on 2 or 4 wheels.

Hope to see you at an event or meet sometime in the future.

Travis, that G sounded awesome....I think your HR would sound even better....but I didn't think you wanted something that loud.

I like the way yours sounds now.

I went with 255 R6's and 275 R6's - mostly due to ride height and wheel fitment and not having to adjust from daily ride height to track height -

hopefully i'll get them quick - as soon as they come in they are getting mounted and then whomever is ready we're all going to a track somewhere lol
