That thing was bad.
There was also a gray one and a red one. The black one looked the best, though. Did you see the huge *** wheels? They were probably 22s or something.

I thought it looked pretty good, probably not the best for racing though. I didn't notice a gray one, only the red and black.

Yeah the black one had 22s on it. I saw the rear tires were a 295/25/22. He was racing on those. Very clean car, probably Kenny Tran or something cause my buddy saw a Jotech sticker on it.

It definitely wasn't Kenny. Of the 3 different colors I saw, I liked black the best since it covers a lot of the ugliness of the R35.

Check the official thread for that event and the Davidv's competition racing thread for my results.

Only 1 other guy from our board with a Z33 (Draco) and his best run was a 12.9 @ 113 with a 2.1(?), I think.

I was thinking and know this by experience. You can't get a 2.0 with your power level if you launch from idle. And like I told you at the track, alignment won't fix much (I know since I have more negative camber and have gotten multiple 2.0s on nitrous without slicks) - sticky tires are what you need.

Sticky icky icky refers to something else, not tires.

But yeah, sorry you only got to see the bracket racing part. I was tearing it up for the time trials.

Launching on slicks is just awesome - no slipping and the pull you get, not to mention the nitrous kicking in. You should try it out, Jason. I bet you'll pick it up pretty quick.

Chris, your best run was a 12.5? Is that the best run you ever had? Good looking times, but looking through your time slip posted, it was anywhere from 12.5 to 13.5? Were you using drags/slicks/or street tires? I'm going to assume slicks to pull that nice 1.7 60. Don't really mean the 20 questions.

Doh nvm just read above, thought u were just commenting how awesome slicks was.

These questions would do much better in the appropriate thread.

As for my runs, they ranged from 17.6 to 12.5. I don't want to type out everything that I did (I'd rather show/explain it), but basically I was messing around except for 3 middle runs which I ran 12.6, 12.58, and 12.52 during time trials. All other runs were done with a specific purpose in mind.

You don't think I'll really be all over the place when I'm trying, do you?
