I hired a lawyer about two months ago for my motorcycle accident. The other lady that I hit was at fault and it is still taking this long. I am hoping to hear back sometime this week about the process.

I had several days in the hospital and surgery due to the accident and this is why I had to hire a lawyer. I needed all of my bills paid and the other insurance wouldn't cover it.

Good luck.

Yes, pain will be a bich. Sometimes things that are wrong wont show up until years later. BUT, your situation prolly wont be end up like that. Just be prepaired for anything though, cause I still have headaches and neckaches a year after I flipped my car. Good thing I have Allstate, I didnt pay a dime!

I just got back from the doctor and she said I have whip lash and that my neck and back muscles are already inflamed....

I have to take 3 differant medications now - 1 pain killer 1 muscle relaxer and 1 anti-inflamator

She told me that tomorrow I will feel like total ****...
Only thing I keep thinking about is what car am I taking to work tomorrow?

Kristi,
Sorry to hear all about the incident........He'll get his in the long run. Did he seem like he was under the influence of anything ? Did the Police come out and fill out a traffic report ?
You can borrow my truck until you get a rental. Foe reals ! No kidding.

Also FYI....If you don't finish all of those I'll take them !

btw here are some more photos of the damage

^^ You can see where his liecense plate bolts punched in my bumper

Under my bumper is completely split in two

Huge gap in between my hatch and my bumper

My bumper is so flimsy now you can barely touch it and it caves in

Youch ! That looks like there can be more damage in or under the rear bumper & assembly. They won't know until they get it into a shop.

I hope your not too sore in the AM.....maybe take a hot bath.

At least your license plate isn't hurt.

i'm sure it's a lot worse in person than in photos..the Z is damn expensive...you're probably looking around $3k or $4k in damages

and as for work tomorrow forget about it...when i pinched a lower nerve in my back, i had to take muscle relaxers and some good pain pills for 6 months...trust me, you'll feel like a noodle tomorrow so just enjoy teh ride!!

Sorry to hear about this Kristi. Keep a copy of the report incase future neck/back problems arise.

Sorry to hear about it. Are you taking the car to Jose to get fixed? It's probably major upgrade time for the car.

you will be entitled to any time off that this has caused, also you are entitled to pain and suffering. might want to lawyer up and quit dealing with the claims people(they will try and take you for a ride). PM if you have ant questions. You do know that this is what I hint hint......
