I'm a noob and I am wondering if there are any clubs or teams in the DFW metroplex. Also, wondering who all takes there cars to car shows or events.

 

If you want to road race Im probably the most active with that in dfw thats on these boards. But I drive an sti. Theres a bunch of meets. 3 a week or so.

 

What kind of road racing do you do? I've been to Eagles Canyon Raceway and Motorsports Ranch. I'm planning to go back to MSR Feb 2009 21 & 22.

 

Yes there are teams in Dallas r the texas area and yes there are alot of cars on here that take there cars to shows. What type of mods do u have done to ur car etc.... any pics

Team16Niss...besides the fact that yall have sick *** cars lol; your team is legit and showed professionally. I give your team huge respect for what yall do. I went to that little car show at Car Toys in Lewisville. I was the gray widebody z on the other side of the booth from your White G35 w/ the gold wheels. I was going to show it at import face off but my car was in the shop and stripped down and the simple part that was supposed to come in, didn't come in on time and let's just say I was . Here's the only good picture of my car.

Nice and also there is a track about an hour and a half west of dallas that is really nice its called texas motor sport ranch... its only 30 min from where i go to collage

I have been to the one outside of dallas but I only road w/ my friend in his NSX. My neighbor road races his porsche 928 (i think thats the model) at many different tracks. He gave up his job and now all he does is works on porsches out of his garage. There'll be like 10 to 15 of them lined up outside on the weekends. He took some pics of my car and posted it on his forums lol.

Ive only done msr currently. I run with apex or open track days and corner watch for drivers edge. Suprise I havnt seen your car. Last year I was in a 2007 white sti with black wheels this year Im in a white 2008 sti. I run intermediate or advanced.
