the heat was extreme! Around 105 degrees...next year we have to schedule this meet later on around October so the heat does not kill us.

We had a great time and a good turnout, lunch at Logan's was good too. I had a huge ice cream desert.

Wish I could have made it out there. I had a last minute wedding to be at. But I agree, we should plan this meet around cooler temps.

^ I started this bish Think we need to do it now since the weather is a lot better then before, the whole reason I left last time was due to the extreme heat. I think a better place to meet would be in Gruene Tx at the Gristmill. Big place and plenty of places to park if on a slow day like Sundays. Not to mention the kick *** view of the lake.

^ I think Gruene would be a good spot. Sundays work best since on Saturdays it is packed full of college kids at the lake area. The Gristmill has good food and plenty of room for a big group. I think the weekend before Thanksgiving would be good. ATX you did such a good job last time setting it up,post up a new thread.
