You can go to Protech Performance there in Austin. Speak to John. He tuned my PowerLab Kit on UTEC. He familiar with UTEC but its not his specialty. 512.834.8771 Car is running strong on 9psi
There is also JTran Studios in Houston. A friend might take his PowerLab Z to him. He is pretty good too from what I hear.

I had my hail damage fixed at protech and they said the last utech they did took a week and ended in the guy buying a aem ems. So I was a little wary they did a good job with my body work paint match was great. I just don't want to wait a week to get told to spend a grand

 

I was planing to head down to houston to get it tuned so I'll give you a call what are your rates for piggy back tuning?
