30 minutes...maybe an hour to make a rough estimate how it would fit...then give it a bit and I could pump out a pair of canards in FRP. Would do CF but I have never worked with the stuff, nor do I have the material(or the equipment i think).

Shoot if your bumper is close enough to stock I'll just do the fitting on mine and then get back with ya...I'll talk with ya this saturday at the show if you'll be there

Take the front off and find the holes from the inside.

they are marked on the outside, you have to predrill them before painting. the inside of the bumper will all look like rough fibers. he will have to just measure them up and try to get them even on both sides, there are 4 holes per canard

Ya, but mines gonna be teh carbonz, not frp, so we not match. Besides, im working with a carbon fiber shop in OK to find an aftermarket canard to fit my V2 so that it wont look like every other V2.

Im getting some canards that will be very aggressive looking, much more so than the standard V2 canards.

Yes sir, i will def be at the Aero n Auto show on sat, so we can talk more then. I didnt know you had the means and ability to make such parts. Now that i know this, i can guarentee we will be working together in the future to create some other parts i have in mind that will be a one-off.

I will do research on how to lay teh carbonz, and we can apply that to your knowledge of working with FRP. Then the world will be at our feet my friend. Its gonna be a canards/aerodynamic parts frenzy if we can get this going. I have plans for other c/f aero parts throughout the outside of car. Tastefully done, of course. I will not have my Z looking like a multi-finned sea creature or something.

And your stock bumper differs greatly from my V2 as far as curves go, so that would be a waste of time on your part.

Alright, sounds good. I'll bring a few things out to get a rough feel for how it's gonna fit/look
