Default Personal Training...Anyone interested?

Basically what the topic says. If someone is interested just PM me and I can help you out. It will like a fraction of the price that trainers at the Gym charge/

I can do a special diet for you to bulk up or lean down for summer.

I do this on the side for a few people just to make some extra cash. Just do not have time to do it full time. I have great knowledge about how the body functions because I wanted to be a personal trainer but realized its just not enough money.

So if anyone is interested let me know....or if someone just got in a and needs to become the incredible hulk now. lol

will train for Z parts also or Nexx's Turbo

Jake - The beer is gonna have to go man, but than again what are you trying to do? Lean up while gain some muscle or just lean up period. How much do you drink can also matter too.

Squaky - Let me know man, Im willing to help anyone out. And trust me i dont charge an arm and a leg. Its very minimal, basically just for me to come out and show you everything and the hour or so I spend.

I need to gain like 10 pounds and drop my bf to 12. Impossible with the horrible fast food diet I got going on. Not to mention my 2 meal a day is crap as well. Can I just pay you to change my genetics/dna around for easy gains?

yeah, i need to gain weight BAD! im like 120lbs wanting to go up to like 140 or so.... its hard to eat all day with my work habits and schooling at night. I want to be able to get in the habit of going to the gym because everytime i try to get started, i always end of putting it off and just eventually not go in anymore.

well phiooz the thing is bro you have to make time. Also the thing that I have noticed in the past for the people i have trained and the guy im training right now is that if they hadnt worked out right and had the right stuff to take they gave up because results would be none or minimal.

So once a person see that the body is actually changing for the better they will start going more.

That was the deal with me, 5 years ago or so I weighed 155 solid stick and now im at 205. Give me 2 months around summer ill be shredded again for summer. Winter and Early spring is when ill bulk and mid march is when ill start cutting and dieting,

easier said than done, thats for damm sure but wont ever know till you try, right?

Hey Mo,

sounds pretty good... i'll be looking for something like that later (in a month or two)

i'm currently at 5'9" 208-210lbs, i did some weight training in HS, went from a constant 130 to 180 in just a semester, then maintained that until i started supervising at work... much less activity, my main targets are abs and chest, anything else is gravy.

i'd go to a gym, but i hate going and not knowing anyone there... i have what i classify as a minor paranoia complex... i dont like people, lol... so that's kept me from ever visiting a public gym.

Man just let me know when your ready! thats really good though in a few months! For some people it takes them a while to even gain 15 pounds, so that does mean you have good genes.

The thing with the gym is man, I used to be like that, never went alone always had to have someone there with me or just annoyed by people there. The best and only cure to that is Headphones, the best $65 investment I ever made. Either way man I can get you on a routine and show you some exercises, usually anyone that I have trained I train them consistently for about 2 months or so. Than they just kind of take from there and than come back every so often to get a new routine, maybe for a week or so

Also I see them almost daily at the gym so they always come and ask questions. Honestly the gym is like my second home lol.

lol... too funny, we'll i have the headphones and a phone with a large enough capacity to keep me entertained for hours...

alright then, i need to clear up a couple of loose ends and then we'll be good to go, i'll be looking at probably 24-hour fitness as i'd be more than likely to come on a consistant basis if i can go by there on the tweaker hours. 2-3am or anytime on the days off.

unless you know better per the equipment, staff, etc. once i find a gym in a rather convienent location, and that i like, i'll probably be down for a lifetime membership, but first things first.

What current certs and insurance do you have? Not hating on your endeavor, but otherwise it's like having a workout partner with a lot of experience.

That sounds good just let me know. I usually go to 24 hour also, sometimes go to Gold's but thats only for this one guy.

24 hour is the best, I love lifetime but the downside with lifetime is that its sometimes way to packed and its more a social status gym, meaning people are there more to socialize than work out. I hate going there because ill see friends from high school and half the time they just want to talk. Thats like the biggest pet peeve for me! Either way where you want to go, ill go there

Nailed it on the Dot . I basically am someone that has alot of experience. I started going to Cooper institute in dallas but just stopped because I realized having a 4 year degree was a better option.

Thats another reason I dont charge nearly as much as a certified trainer. I can say though I might have the same amount if not more as a personal trainer.

I can keep on blabbing on more but ill stop now lol

Watchdog if you need a place to train people my gym is always looking for trainers that have their own clients its located in Plano. Im on g35driver.com all the time in the dfw area, but we are extending our offer that I have given there to all the members here. 15/month for everyone and their family members, no contracts, no start up fees, and no last months dues.
