I've had my car inspected in Harris county, and I have a stroked tt, and no cats. If you have no CEL's and you have fake cats installed on your test pipes you should have no problem.
Now, if you do have cels, can't pass a visual inspection, and need a sticker, I will cost you more than $50.

Texas I believe can have 2 not ready codes. Just get a reflash that disables all the CELs that you normally get... Osiris FTW!

could find a county that just does a safety inspection and get it done there.
Thats what I've done in ft hood for years. They never hooked the computer up, just made sure you have seatbelts and ****.
