did i get scammed?
I'm sure I speak for everyone who has every been scammed that if I can not get my money back or the item I ordered, I would at least like to have the scammer get in trouble in some way. In this case that would be with either the Police or his college.
Also I agree this forum isn't like 4chan, its more like 12chan. :P
Everything we've pulled up is in the public domain and all readily available using the magical google. I dont think anyone is harassing the scammer. All the information posted is simply to find the person who is commiting theft to the OP and quite a few others it seems.

It's not harassment because we are trying to reach him to assist him in resolving this issue. We aren't trying to negatively impact his life, livelihood, or social standing.
In court, it's called "intent", and most crimes require it.

Not once has he owned up and taken responsibility for not handling the situation like he should. Every post is about trying to shift the blame, which is the way the criminal's mind works. They've already spent so much time and focus on justifying their actions to themselves, that it's always about blaming someone else.
In a situation like this, an honest person would say, "You know what, man? I f'ed up, and I'm sorry. I should have blah blah blah. Now, I'm going to make it right by doing blah blah blah." and then they would actually do that to fix it.

A letter documenting all current (and currently being gathered) evidence of cyber crimes that he has commited (while using university internet-we have IP's now) is being drafted to go to his coach Heishma Northern, and several others at Prarie View A&M. The local authorities and the FBI Cybercrimes Unit will also be notified with all supporting evidence.
If he does not make good with a tracking number for the 08 headlights or return our member's headlights & $600 by Saturday morning, this is going to get extremely, epically, virally ugly. The people involved with this initiative are NOT going to give up. Seriously, how STUPID can you be, James, to plaster so MUCH information about yourself all over the web and steal from good, honest people?
