We could make a pretty big stink about this. If the NCAA doesnt take action, then media outlets ie SI/ESPN would probably love to hear about yet another college athlete that has been exposed to the NCAA as a thief, and they failed to take action.

His eligibility is up....it would only hurt the school and other players. There wouldn't be any consequences for him.

The point is to make it public. He didnt just fawk up with one person, he's fawked up with a lot of people... including all of us that are defending an innocent person he fawked over for 600 and headlights.

Who cares if it hurts the school? If it hurts them that bad they can just expel him. He HAS been conducting fraud by using their network after all.

I think he should take the reins and work with kutnupe on putting the package together. There's enough screenshots and links put together at this point. The kids on the other site seem to be jumping on the "protect the local criminal" bandwagon...

Thing is... the OP has posted about this exactly ONE time about this after starting the thread. It's getting kind of suspect that he hasn't chimed in yet. Not saying he is making this up and the that bwood guy is telling the truth about him just wanting his money back, but honestly no proof has been posted by either side at this point.

I'd hate to see you guys burn someone down if there is not a concrete evidence trail and you need the OP to provide that before this gets really real.
