We will be meeting up in Round Rock and leaving problably sometime around noon. Nisslow and I should have the specifics nailed down today / early tomorrow.

 

350'z only or the older z's going too?

Are we running hard, or cruising?

Did either you guys go to the nissan zilker thing?

I may be down for half the leg... temple/belton maybe too far for me to cruise....

Now I'm really depressed! I'm anxiously waiting for my Roadster to come in Feb and you guys are planning a Hill Country trip thru my hometown of Marble Falls. I am so envious that I may wait downtown just to see you guys roll thru. Look for the old guy with a sign saying "Zs Rule" ....lol

I would come down if I did not have Two Christmas Partys to goto this weekend (Sat night is the ZCOT Party)

 

To answer your questions:

1) The current list of people attending are all 350Z owners. We aren't gonna exclude anyone because they don't have a 350Z.

2) We are cruising.

3) No I wasn't aware of a Nissan event at Zilker. When was it?

4) If you don't wanna make the whole run you could problably go as far as Marble Falls and then Head back to Austin. This route was choosen because many of the people attending are from Temple. Here are some alternate routes you could take.

We will be meeting at the Rudy's BBQ in Round Rock (which is on the corner of I-35 and 3406) around noon on Saturday.

 

How often do you have these cruises? Any idea when the next one will be? Looks like fun!

 

This is the first "official" cruise this small group is putting together. For the most part we cruise to meets together, out to the track, hand out wash our cars.

I am sure there will be a few more cruises in the future

 

I've done several hill sountry cruises with the Subaru club... They're a blast and the scenery is the best in the state... I highly recommend it!

I've never really "cruised" thats the only option I have in my 23 year old Z. I can't get on it hard like the Subaru

Is that your tops... I got you beat.. 159.. on I-71 to houston... there a part where its a straight road with some mild rolling UPS and DOWNS and then a big down... if you hit top speed while on the down you can carry an extra MPH or 2...

But none the less... you guys said CRUISE not TOM CRUISE top gun shhh*****tttttttt

 

From Burnet to 183 lots of straights to just let it rip!! It was still a cruise, just a fast one
