i don't have any wind noise but it has been fixed three times and there is still grease streaks. i had it fixed twice and it worked but then i had to have a new track and regulator put in because they weren't adjusting properly on door open and close and the streaks came back.

I hate to recomend this dealer for warranty work but Courtesy Nissan did both my Z's, first try, no problems. Dont let them do anything else.

Oh man,
I've heard sooo many horror stories involving this problem.

I've talked with several service writers at several Houston Dealers, and they've all told me the same thing....WINDEX !

If you don't have to take your doorpanel off; DON'T !
It just sets up the scenario for more problems.
Can you spell yet another n-e-w s-q-u-e-e-k ?
Wind noise, and leaks also become a new issue.
We won't even get into the issue of getting a technition that is not familiar with working with Z Cars !!!

It's a problem that will eventually go away with time....true, a LONG time....but it will go away.
