Question Am I missing something?

Just checked the Inventory at a local dealer and was hit by sticker shock!

From this page
Year Make Model Description Body Exterior Color M.S.R.P. Stock No.
2004 NISSAN 350Z 2DR REDLINE $47771.16 N7898
2004 NISSAN 350Z 2DR SUPER BLACK $47191.49 N8090DT
2004 NISSAN 350Z 2DR LE MANS SUNSET $50992.63 N8361
2004 NISSAN 350Z 2DR CHROME SILVER $39402.13 N8772
2004 NISSAN 350Z 2DR SILVERSTONE $38631.29 N8916DT
2004 NISSAN 350Z 2DR CHROME SILVER $31091.29 N8951DT

Now it is still early for me but some of the prices put me in shock.
Can somebody let me know what key nugget of information I am missing while I wait for the coffee to kick it?

Thanks

The second one had Nismo headers and brake pads...maybe that's a $15,000 option?

There is definitely something wrong with those prices.

Just for kicks I went to the nissan corp site and 'built' an exact copy of the third one on the list.

It was $40,390.00 V $50992.63 So somehow there is a $10,602.63 typo or a big missing option.... Myabe they include TTL and something else???? seems like a big number.

Try ADM, its called added Dealer markup. They were doing it here for $10K over.

$45K for an enthusiast, yeah right. Theres a sucker born every minute.

Wow $9995 market adjustment

Hilarious. I guess they could advertise $10K discounts after they get tired of sitting on them

I can remember a Mits dealer with 22 $10K over sticker EVO's... Seemingly overnight the market adjustment was gone and they were swapping out for snow tires at no charge!

As there are a bunch of z's floating around here I can't imagine paying over sticker... Guess I am just cheap... Then again I don't NEED another car, and there isn't a single new car out there that is a 'gotta have' for me.

Anyway, just thought I was missing something

Yeah...Grubbs does some of the stupidest things ever. I had a service tech tell me about their 400HP Nismo Z. It has CAI and Exhaust...thats it. And it is marked up to hell.

Was there a small version of these hidden somewhere underneath the car?
