I wouldn't mind attending one of the meetings, but downtown and I don't really get along. I try to stay away from downtown as much as possible. The construction, bums, one way streets...you get the picture. I will try to make it to the Extravaganza on the 24th. Have nothing to show on my car, so probably just browse.

 

I read somewhere you guys were having a run down to Bubbles. When is this and what/where is Bubbles???

 

I've been away from Houston for a long time, but if memory serves me it's a strip club.

People have accused the Z Club of being a bunch of old-farts , and now we're a bunch of dirty old men !

No, Bubble's is a car wash, located on Westheimer. In fact they've got two locations on Westheimer. We used their parking lot as our meeting/starting point, for one of our cruises.
We met there, so that the Houston Police Dept. couldn't run us off for an illegal gathering (we had the owner's permission). In fact the owner was so jazzed to have us, that they offered a FREE basic car wash for all Z Club of Houston Members, the day of the event, that evening.

We've since met at other locations (for variety), but the best part about Bubble's is...there's no cover charge
