Bankston Nissan of Lewisville has worked on a GReddy TT and a couple others when they've had issues. I'm a little against them because since my service manager left, they've treated me like an idiot because I'm a chick, but you'll probably have better luck since you're not.

Thanks guys !!! Here is my service saga so far ...
1st ever service in Nashville damaged the wheels and the paint ... so ...
Courtesy Nissan -
My comment "My concern is my vehicle not be scratched or damaged, the wheels included"
Courtesy said "Well, we try not to damage the car or the wheels"
I hung up
Grubbs Nissan - (this surprised me)
I explained the symptoms above
Grubbs said - well, even if you drop your car off at 5pm, you will need to come back at 6am to show the technician what the problems are
... bear in mind, I live in Plano
Called Bankston as you guys stated and talked to Brad. He calmed my nerves and was very reassuring. We have a time set up and I am hoping all goes well. He seemed very knowledgable and said they even have a "350Z guy" that does those repairs. It sounds like my car will be in good hands.
I will definitely post a follow up on Bankston.

First, avoid Courtesy Nissan like the plague. They may have the best parts department, but they definitely have the worst service department. Clint the service manager simply doesn't have a clue.
I've had great experiences with Bankston Dallas. I first got them involved when I had an issue with Courtesy. I had Courtesy put an ACT clutch and Mueller flywheel in my Maxima(both purchased from Courtesy Parts). They didn't adjust it correctly and put the wrong fluid (ATF) in my transmission. Becasue fo the fluid, the transmission overheated and decinigrated 3rd gear. Courtesy refused to get involved. I contacted Nissan corporate who sent me to Bankston. Bankston warrantied me a new transmission and I even had a supercharger on the car. Courtesy on the other hand wouldn't even do an inspection on the car when it was their problem.
After having an LSD installed by the now-out-of-business CTC Motorsports, I was having axle seal issues. Again I went to Bankston. Since I have multiple cars, I made a deal to have them work in their spare time to keep the cost down. They just spent about a week going over the car and found that the diff alignment was slightly off. It was off just enough that although the axles could engage the spines, the drivers dies could slide in far enough to matte against the seal. After talking to the diff manufacturer and the service technician, everyone agree the best/cheapest course of action was to just get a slightly shorter axle. They charged me less than $200 for all the work as well as the seal and fluid replacement. The bottom line is that they continue to help me out when I needed them and have earned my future business.

Brad is a complete moron. He tried to tell me one of my alternator bolts was backing out because of my CAI. First and LAST time I'll deal with him. Now I definitely won't talk to anyone but Joe Lott up there.

so which one is better, where should I go when I need them? Bankston Nissan of Dallas, Bankston Nissan of Lewisville, or Courtesy Nissan, b/c I can not tell who is better from this thread, help me out here
I agree Joe is good, he actually seems to care about the customer. I just brought mine in again and the new service writer Jerol helped me. I told him about the unpleasant experiences I had the last two times and told him I only wanted to talk with Joe and only Farren can work on my car. He asked that I just give him a chance to help me (Joe was off that day), so I relunctantly did. He has been great thus far. The car goes back in on Mon for some work, which Farren is doing, because he is the only guy up there that I trust.
After I get it back, we'll see how it all turned out, but with Farren on the job I suspect it will be fine.
If all checks out after a week or so the ATI goes on

Once again, ANYBODY is better than Courtesy. Only go to Courtesy if you want your car screwed up. I don't have experiences with Bankston Lewisville, but Bankston Dallas is great.

Completely agreed upon Courtesy being the worst dealer around.
Has nobody here tried Trophy Nissan in Mesquite? I bought my Z from them and when I had a problem that some other auto shop screwed up they found and fixed it for free.

They believe Farren might have figured out what the hell is wrong with the pulling issue on our brickyard Z. May have to do with something courtesy nissan did.
Dropped the car off this morning and I was handed off to Brad since I will only allow Farren to work on my car. He seeemd like a really nice guy and seems to care about the customer. He said he'd call me today to give me a status update...that'd be a first, I usually have to call them.
I think everything will be cool with Brad, he even mentioned this site while I was talking with him.
