Actually I've been interested in something like this for awhile. Anymore info on the shop? I'd hop on it if I were done with school.

 

If only I lived near Texas. If done right, it could be a very profitable and fun little venture. The only real problem would be all of the hours you have to put in.

 

I am selling a physically running shop it needs: a owner, inventory, and ambition.

I am still running my dotcoms from a satalite office.

Yeah thanks for the business up there man.

I couldnt be there 24/7 and my guys required babysitting and needed someone to sit there and tell them what to do all day.
I have no time to do that with the forums and websites I work on all day at my other office. So the shop just didnt pan out.

Like I said someone will get a nice starter shop with:

2 offices (and furniture!)
Unused shop compressor (paid 950.00 for it)
9000lb lift (1 year old)
6-7 display cases
2 island displays
Futon for waiting area
refridgerator
bathroom
AC unit for showroom
all dsl and phone hookups done

2000 SQF building for 800.00 a month rent!
Gated area with many reputable businesses you can use behind you (paint shop, another tuner, etc)
