Interesting idea of building homes on a race track.

Speaking of MSR, we're working on group memberships at group rates. The rate we've got includes $1800 initiation, $60 monthly due, and $20 per session. The regular rate is $2400 intiation, $75 monthly due, and $20 per session.

The membership will be reciprocal with MSR Houston and MSR Atlanta when those tracks are complete. And Jack is adding a smaller track.

The initiation fee are going up by $500 soon. So now is a great time to sign up if you've been thinking about an MSR membership.

We need at least one more person to qualify for this group rate. If anybody is SERIOUSLY interested in joining our group (I mean by literally ready to write the check), then please PM me.

Thanks.

Michael.

Yes it is, but I don't think it is for everybody. I can hear the start of complaints about noise pollution!

I do wish Jack Farr well though.

Actually, they are selling really well as construction for the first has begun (or will begin soon). The construction technique they are using for the homes are really meant for commercial usage to address the noise issue and acts of God. For example, the developer/architect was telling us the structure will withstand 5 hours of fire before degrading and ultimately collapsing.

And it should considering that many of their buyers will also store top-dollar exotic cars there. For example, one buyer is building the 8-car garage floorplan and he's got a Saleen S7 and Ford GT on order!

If MSR was mucho closer to Frisco, I'd certainly consider living trackside. Can you imagine tearing up a few laps after coming home from a long day at work?

Yeah, per the article it definetly looks like they are doing this up right. I can already see time shares being setup for some of those places. It's funny you mention a Saleen S7 because I was lucky enough to see one on the Dallas Tollway last weekend....it was just beautiful.
