Default People with tuning experience please help

Guys, I have a few questions. Most of them stem from my dyno charts below:

On the first dyno, I had a plenom, UR Pulley set and +2deg timing advance... I got 250/235... a/f was more or less ok... On the second dyno... after adding headers, test pipes, and complete exhaust (2.5" all the way back) i only got 255/239 and my a/f went lean (almost 15.5:1 at some points)... So i was pretty disappointed to see a 5hp gain after adding tons of mods... After asking a few people, they suggested that my car might be pulling timing due to the lack of fuel and the abundance of air OR that my computer didn't know what the **** to do with all of the extra breathing the engine is doing.. My question would be, what's best to do in this scenario... I'm already thinking about an emanage to remap the fuel and get it closer to 12:1. So people with VQ35 knowledge... what's the best a/f ratio performance wise. What numbers should i be looking at if i tune the car. What do you recommend tuning wise... I'm not looking to go stand alone... i'd rather dyno tune it since all the TS ECU for my car gives is an increased redline and tuning based on a dyno... but what do you all think...

dyno 1

dyno 2

Mods in sig...

It has been my understanding that N/A cars make better power near 12.8 to 13.2 A/F . You can see in your second dyno near red line the trq drops off less with the A/F closer to 13 to 1 . In the first dyno near red line , your A/F drops closer to 12 to 1 and your trq drops off more than the second dyno . I think you would be better off doing a TS flash , sending in your dyno chart and asking him to get you close to that 12.8 to 13.2 range after getting to WOT . Im not a tuner by no means..just trying to help

When I tuned an NA Z with the EU, the ideal AF ratio was 12:1 for maximum power and area under the curve. You will make significantly more power at 12:1 vs. 15:1. You are running crazy lean right now. Your best solution as in Emanage Ultimate setup, and some tuning...270whp should be easy.
