Hey guys I just put the Mrev mod on my 06 Z and was wondering if getting
Utec would be worth it.

I also have an intake and pulley done as well.

Not really. Wait until you're done with all your mods, then get a tune (with UTEC or by other means).

Not to say that you couldn't get a UTEC now, tune, get more parts, and tune again. But it's probably not going to help you all that much at this point and will be much more worth it if you were to get headers, high flow cats/test pipes, exhaust first.
