Crusing afr and wot afr dont affect each other 14.7 is what your o2 are going to shoot for when driving around. If you are seeing 14.5 at wot you need to get more fuel in it soon 14.5 is not a safe for wot.

Cannysage, I'd love to trade some AFR with 'ya, mine ran around 11.5 on recent dyno pulls.

^ man, that's pretty low.. I see a reflash or a emanage in your future. you should be much leaner while cruising too.

Yeah, I already started talking to the guy that ran the shop about tuning possibilities. He has some experience with Emanage but I'm not sure about UTECs. I suspect by the end of summer I'll be heading down that road.

Reflashing the ECU is old fashion now. nowadays every body gets a piggyback because it has some extra features that reflash dont offer, plus you can have advantage of using this piggyback with a turbo/SC if you plan so. I personally have the new version of Unichip (Q+). I gained 20 whp at 5500 RPM and 13 whp at redline. plus WAY better fuel consumption. AFR is 13.5 at WOT. will try to post the dyno graph later.

^^

That's not exactly true. Those of us with 05 + still need to get a reflash to raise the rev-limiter and also to allow the TB open 100%

you can still raise the rev limiter and remove the speed limiter with the Unichip q+. not sure about the UTEC though!

Oooh oooh I want to get in on this also, I am rich, but that is good for what I am doing (Vortech). Thats why my Z has responded so well to only 3 mods. My buddy is very lean and needs to reflash also. What do you guys think?

Also thinking about something, UTEC, EU, down the road to fine tune my setup.
Edit: I also understand that you an have a place tune your UTEC then send it to you, and it will be good to go?

Damn! 266hp on a DD. Is that with the 1.13 Dynojet scale factor thrown in?

It might be. My 237hp X 1.13 is 267HP which is real close to your max HP. We have almost the same mods (exhaust, spacer). There was another 350Z getting a dyno the same day as me with very similar mod and he ran a 238HP.
