I was thinking about going with a set of hi flow cats instead of testpipes because I don't want it to be too loud. Of course it may be too loud for me with hi flows as well. I think it sounds great now with just the headers and the Borla TD. I've read that it sounds even better with hi flows but I would like to hear it in person before installing a set on my car.
Do all of your mods before you do the flash, something like HF cats or test pipes could lean you out after you tune and it would be off some. Id recommend resonated test-pipes over any HF cats, they are overpriced and the gains are weak imo.

I know I won't be able to tolerate the noise level of testpipes. I guess I will just leave the stock cats installed until I hear a Z with hi flow cats and a Borla TD. I have a feeling that hi flows will still be too loud for me. Since I have a roadster and mainly drive it with the top down I don't want it to be too loud.

Now, should I just get a Technosquare reflash or am I better off with a Utec?

Keep in mind, I live in RI and I don't know of a Utec tuner in the area. I also don't plan on doing anymore performance mods. I would love to go FI one day but that would be years from now if ever.

It appears there was a 13F difference in test temperatures that would decrease total power torque and HP by >1% minimum. You didn't specify barometric pressure so that could add or subtract some........~~2%.

Where are you measuring A/F ratios hopefully not at tailpipe?
POPCHARGER...........with a cold outside air kit........hopefully?
Repeatabilty on the same dyno is 1-2% with same tires.

Test pipes are much lowder than HF cats, but resonated test pipes are only slightly louder than HF cats with a Borla exhaust it wont be loud at all.If you don thave a UTEC tuner then dont do UTEC, you prolly have an Emanage tuner near you thats another good choice for NA...

The barometric pressure was about the same. Although the humidity was much higher this time! I don't know how much humidity affects performance.

The A/F is being measured at the tail pipe. How else could it be measured without modifying the exhaust?

All I have is the popcharger. I don't have any "cold outside air kit". In fact, I've never heard of one. I thought the factory vent provided cold air. I know there are ducts you can install in the bumper but that is all I've heard about.

I am still running the same rims and tires as last time. The tires are worn more now but I doubt that would make a difference.

I would like to go back to the dyno on a cool dry night just to see what happens. If my results are similar then I guess a flash or programmer will be my next step.
This is one of the down sides of living in RI versus CA or FL. There aren't many, if any, Z tunning shops that I know of in or near RI.
