Planning winter mods, tunning opinions needed.

I currently have a pop charger, Nismo exhaust, 5/16 iso-thermal spacer, and HFC.
I am going to finish my power mods this winter and plan on doing the following:
Stryup headers, Mrev 2, crank pulley.
Now, since these are going to be the rest of my mods I want some opinions on tunning. I want the higher red line and the AF ratio corrected. My car is a daily driver and I do about 5-6 track events a year.
Should I just drive to AAM and get a re-flash?
Or, go down to Shariff and get a Greddy Ultimate tunned?
I mainly want to get the 7100 rev limiter and the proper AF. More power would be nice also, but I mainly want to get it tunned to prevent motor problems during hard driving.
