Sharif is correct. You don't have nearly enough compression to even think of needing to use C16 or anything like it. Even 100 unleaded may be overkill.

I prefer a hidden spot for 2 reasons:
1) so that you or a passenger doesn't accidentally switch maps.
2) important if you plan on using the Valet and/or Security modes.
Here's what I did on my G sedan. I was running out of places to hide things since my G is fully loaded. I am pleased with my MAP switch mounting location though.
