Stock block, APS TT Kit, 3.5 TP, plenum, stillen exhaust, 9.5 psi.
Utec with map sensor and gm solenoid. Any help would be appreciated.

aps tt, aps injectors/fuel pump that came with the kit but looking to buy some 650cc's, aps 3 1/2 downpipes, aps 2.5 exhaust, aps plenum,

Ive been trying to call turboxs for 2 days and no one is answering or returning my phone calls. My car is still idling really rough almost as if there is too much fuel and when driven it wants to die whenever I come to a stop..

My problem with the utec is with part throttle. Sometimes on low boost 0-4 psi my af spikes to 17 briefly. It also won't give me the timing I put in even though it doesn't show any knock. Also the rev limiter doesn't seem to work. When I set it at 6600 it comes in at 6300. If I set it higher it doesn't seem to be there at all.

to tune the utec or any engine management, you have to fully understand what is going on.

the utec has load sites that are related directly to boost, doesnt matter what throttle position you are at, if it is running lean at 0-4 psi, then richen up the 10% and lower columns. it really depends on how you have it setup scaled from what boost to what boost levels to how many columns its effecting.

usually when you are having issues, its not the utec. usually its user error. not saying that you couldnt figure it out, just maybe a good idea to get a professional tune if you get a chance...

I need a APS TT base map to get my car over to the tuner next week, about 20 miles. Im going to try and drive it there without going into boost. Should I just use the APS map it comes with? Suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I have 650cc injectors/cjm stage2/walbro by the way.

what rpm should I expect to boost? THink its possible to drive to the tuner if I stay at low speed, or are the turbos very boost happy since they are so small?

It's not necessarily RPM, it's load. How much you press the throttle in a given gear basically. I'd say if you loaded up the TN map, and made sure not to get in boost (watch your boost gauge and don't give it much gas), you can make it to a tuner just fine.

Ah yes load would make more sense. Did you mean the TN map as in the turbonetics map or did you mean to say the APS map, since I have the APS TT? Thanks for your help
