Depends on how your A/F looks.I have seen some Z's deal nicely with mods and some lean out alot.Get a dyno with a good A/F reading.Your af should be 13.5 for most of the run and drop to 12.5 after 5500 rpms to redline..Andy richer or leaner could be hurting performance.

Agreed, get a reliable Air/fuel reading from a dyno run or two.

Tuning will undoubtedly unleash a significant amount of power, although most likely it's safe not to tune also.

Most dyno's, at least those found in any competent tuning shop will have an air fuel meter as well. NA tuning is done by adjusting the timing and air/fuel ratio.

yeah, check before hand, make sure the dyno has an air/fuel sniffer, and make sure it's been calibrated

Is a tailpipe sniffer adequate or should you seek out a dyno that connects to the stock wideband O2 sensor(s)?
How do you know if it's been calibrated? Do you have to trust the guy or is there some sort of documentation?

Most dyno shops have expensive A/F wideband units. Some range from $500-$1200. I would trust their A/F readings over an $80 factory narrowband O2 sensor any day.

Haven't dynoed my car anywhere else but the one place, do they all depend on tailpipe sniffers on one side of the exhaust? This was the AFR that was read on my stock Z...does it look accurate?
