Default UTEC MAP Sensor Questions (Z w/ ProCharger)

I have an 05 Z with a ProCharger running 7lbs. I am running with 440cc injectors, 255 Walbro, and just installed my UTEC. Just from driving around the block (no boosting) on stock map it would bog down around 3300 rpm. I read that a couple people had installed the TN base map to get to the tuners so I loaded the map and the parameter files. The car runs fine and does not bog down any more. I am not throwing any codes. I am just trying to get the car to run good enough I do not have to trailer it to the tuner.

My question is do I need to install the MAP sensor? Can someone post a pic of where they tapped their MAP sensor into? Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

If you arn't boosting the UTEC shouldn't do anything, it should allow the OEM ECU to control everything (with the exception of fuel - your 0% column should be set to something like -17 for all RPMs).

the utec will run off the maf sensor if you dont have the map sensor installed, it will run pretty rich and possibly will bog down at any certain rpms.

install the map sensor and get it tuned!!

Thanks for the info guys. I will get the map sensor put in asap, I just need it to safely get to a tuner. Can anyone give me pics of where they tapped theirs into?
