This is a quick question. Since the manual states TPS threshold switches to 10% column and the RPM threshold activates open loop fueling I'm I to assume if only one of the two parameters are met that open loop fueling won't be turned on. As an example, If my TPS is 100% but I'm only at 2000 RPM and my RPM threshold is at 3000 than open loop fueling won't turn on until I hit 3000 RPM.

Does that make sense?

 

Yes, open loop fueling doesn't kick in until you've passed both your RPM and TPS thresholds. One or the other isn't enough.
