Definitely need a tune.
Though, the 350z really isn't the best platform for making a high-acceleration car. A mustang would be better for the 1/4th mile and such ... though, the 350z would totally own on the twisties...

um well at the same day a 2006 mustang gt with Exhaust intake test pipes did a 15.6 constant also a cayman barely pulled a 14.6 while on the way home i pulled on him no problem with my top down..........i dont know im confused..... if i cant get me whp up near 260 im not going to waiste my money on the emange and cams with headers and test pipes i can sell all these parts and buy a small hatch civic...... and do a motor swap for almost the price of mods i have in my car anyone give me your opinion i really want to solve this problem...

Dude get that sorted out, of all the Z33 I have seen on the dyno, none of them have ever been that lean. They usually have rich AFRs from the factory.
This engine is like begging to be boosted at the AFRs I usually see. What is more shocking is a the 215whp you managed to make on a DJ of all dynos wow.
Lastly I have seen AFRs leaner than 17.5:1 on a dyno. Saw it first hand when I attended a tuning class, it was demonstrated.

The utec is around a grand + a couple hrs of labor to install + dyno tune session. Seems about right to me.
