Are you sure this isn't a reading when you let off the throttle? What is your AFR at cruise?

Post your logs.

Where is you a/f reading coming from? The Tuna? An AFR gauge?

Hint: The more details you provide the more people will offer up help. The more vague you are the less likely folks are to chime in, because they won't know how.

Perhaps you do not have the Tuner configured properly for the AEM gauge? Does the AFR Display on the Tuner say something different than what your AEM gauge reads?

What all is done to the car? How does it drive?

I ask because I have a buddy that has a Greddy TT and he was having the same issues, but the car ran halfway decent. We switched the AEM wideband sensor to his passenger side stock O2 sensor bung and the sensor reads fine. This makes us believe he has a leak in his piping, but he hasn't been able to work on it yet.

But, it would idle and drive really lean, until he stepped on it, then it would go pig rich.

Try moving the sensor to the drivers side.

If you have an air leak in the piping it will draw fresh air in at idle, but still force rich fumes past under load.

You may also try a new sensor.
