cant wait to buy a UTEC and have them tune it for my mods... AAM did my first tune on the stock ecu... but i think it is too general, and I am sure this genius can figure out how to get the full power out of this sick pup...

Roughly 13 percent...Perhaps he can post the Dyno Dynamics numbers also..Which in themselves were pretty impressive.

Hi Julian. I'm a member over at the Maxima.org forums and we've all been discussing the UTEC quite a bit overthere. SAFC/UTEC Thread.

Supposedly the word is that these will work on our 6th gen maxima's as well. Wondering if you've had any experience with the UTEC on Maxima's with tuning and what not. Any help or feedback you could provide would be appreciated.

The UTEC does work on some of the current ECU's on the Maximas.

If it is the 3.5L VQ35 maxima it should work, I would need to see the ECU first to tell for sure.

My 06 ECU is identical to the 350Z ECU wire harness and all. I know this will work. There are 2 other VQ35's (not Z33 ) running the UTEC I just wanted to make sure I knew what you meant by the reply you posted.

Julian, any idea if the UTEC will work with the HR ECU? Looks like Cobbtuning, Technosquare and UpRev left us off their Christmas list this year.
