Here is a 4th gear pull with Test Pipes, Nismo midpipe, Nismo y-pipe, and the STS starter map on the 4.5lb wastegate springs. AFR says rich for I dunno what reason. My wideband read 10.0 to 10.3 to the whole time. Hopefully I will have the BCS hooked up tonight.

Use Logger 1 when doing some logging since it is more complete, also 5th gear pull is 1:1 but there is not enough space to log until redline.

Try to download MPS (trial version) since this will help you log your A/F with Utec. I say just shell out some $$ and get the UTI Software coz it is much better and give you more extras.

I will try 5th gear next time. I would like to get the AFR logged but I may need another expensive Radio shack serial to usb cable thing...may be worth it in the long run.

If you already have one Serial Connection then try using straight USB with Utec and use the Serial for your Wideband.

Why are you hitting almost 6psi of you only have a 4.5 spring without the BCS?

not right now. I have not hooked up the boost controller. That log is just on the wastegate springs. Not really sure why I am spiking that high...

good luck and pay close attention on your gauge!!! Test it at 4th/5th gear so your RPM won't climb that fast.

Oh, don't forget to set your boost cutoff.

I finally got a chance to play around with the BCS.

I only did a few 5th gear pulls with the 90% and 100% colums set to 8(closed loop). That resulted in peak boost of 6.4.

I will keep trying to get something out it tomorrow when it isn't raining or dark. I need to jump up a little bit but I really don't want to hit the fuel cut out.

I think I have a plenum leak...and I finally found the source of an annoying rattler... The test pipe on the passenger side is hitting the charge air pipe when the engine is at certain RPMs

Hopefully I can sort this out before going to SGP in the morning.

I'm curious how you make out. Jeremy said TegraRacer134 is not hitting full boost at 2nd and 3rd (Full Boost is 10psi has some Testpipes). I did some hard pull Sat. night from 1st-2nd and I'm surprised to hit 6.8psi at 1st and 8.6 at 2nd (My full boost is 8psi). Not sure if it's the Weather or my IC getting better Air Flow. I think not hitting Full boost at first is really a good thing coz I'm already having traction problem as it is and that is just lunching my car at 2000rpm.

SGP Tune 370hp at 8.2 PSI

My bcs crapped out on the way home tonight so I got to feel what the fuel cut feels like

Yeah I dont hit full boost in 1st or 2nd either. I need to log this and post up my results after I get the BCS sorted back out. I have to say that it is nice to finally deal with a professional car oriented(audio, performance, etc) shop. SGP is the real deal.

great #'s. how much boost do you get at 2nd? I think with a better Boost Controller you'll definitely hit full boost in the lower gears. So if you do a hard pull from 1st gear to 2nd gear you don't hit 8psi on second? I believe you have some TP and an aftermarket Ypipe right?

If i just slam my my pedal from a roll at 1st gear to 2nd then yeah I don't hit 8psi at 2nd. Try lunching your car around 2500rpm and I bet you hit full boost at 2nd. Also do you have a copy of the Dyno?

Thanks. I really havent had a chance to fool around with the car or log anything. The tune is rock solid and the car is so much more fun to drive.

The only thing I need to do is mess with my boost map. I still have an overboost problem. I hit my fuel cut randomly. Other times it stays right at 8 psi.

I cant get the UTI logger program to log when I want it to so I need to play with that so more. Once I do that I well report what I hit in 1st and second gear.

Ill post something worth reading or looking at once Thanksgiving sorta cools down.

You are running on close loop rite? What is your boost cutoff? Well I have an Open Loop and with this colder weather I have hit 9.3 maybe ones but never hit my boost cutoff at 10psi ever. 95% of the time I'm around 8.6 and maybe went 8.9 a few times.

Mark at SGP set it with Open Loop. My boost cutoff is 10psi. Mark said he saw a spike of 8.5 every so often but not consistantly. I am seriously considering bitting the bullet and picking up the high dollar electronic boost controller.
