Default utec question

I have tried looking in the forms to answer this no luck. On a install does the 12 pin molex adaptor have to be grounded for the utec to work ? I know the red wire is for spare cylinoids . don't have the plug. Bought used.

Why don't you buy a 12 pin molex and wire it up yourself.

The manual say is has to be grounded.

Yes it has to be grounded or you will experience all of the well documented stuttering and spluttering problems.
