Default Noob question: How to correctly log A/F?

I have osiris and '05 g35 w/ factor wideband. I have osiris basemap, wanted to log a/f so I could send it back for retune. I know the proper parameters to log, just not how to drive in order to log correctly.

What is the proper way to do this? I would think I would want to hit all the load points/rpm points right? Should I just go 0-?? in a certain gear? I tried searching, if there's another thread on this please delete this and direct me there. Thanks.

The best thing to do is get going to about 10-15 mph and shift into third. Then slam the gas pedal down on a straight away until 90 mph.

This will give you a lot of WOT data that Jared can use to tune your car.
