Default Haltech and Shift Knock

Guys just need some guidence in "how" to tune out shift knock. What i'm finding is that under full load and when shifting I can hear the car knock for a split second. I have logged the knocks but it is only during shifts and not everytime.

Any suggestions on how to remedy this?

im not real familiar with the haltec em..... but in tuning my utec i have found that setting the timing values above 5000 rpm in zero load to the identical timing values above 5000 rpms in 70% load and up, it got rid of my shift knock.

keeps a radical change in timing from happening when i lift to shift, which what was causing the knock.

hopes this helps, good luck
