Default Utec fuel map interpolation

When calculating the needed injector pulse width does the UTEC use just the data in the particular load column you are in as it runs through the RPM range. Or does it use the data from the lower and higher load columns to average the final injector pulse width too?

As I understand, the UTEC interpolates between cells in the maps, but it doesn't in the temp compensation table

Thanks.

I thought about it more last night and I guess it would have to interpolate to between load points to be as smooth as possible.

Yeah, I really wish the temp compensation had more resolution along with interpolation. You would think that would be an easy thing to add through a software upgrade.

the better tuners (ie PF, FP etc) only use a small % increase with lower temps and dont touch higher temps. its really not that big of a deal.
