Default Haltech Questions

Anybody have any suggestions?

1)I have activated the O2 Corrections, configured the Onboard widebands, logged the actual O2 values, the correction is constantly 0. I can see that O2 control is working due to the fact that the A/F actual ratios are changing, when O2 control is enabled. I use the two widebands of the car, to drive Haltech, and two aftermarket PLX widebands, as separate loggers. Anyone had similar issues before? Is this maybe a potential bug of the program?

2)Another thing is the knock level. Where I can see the actual knock? I have the channels Ksignal, KlevelD, and Kthreh. I believe that Klevel D is the knocks that have been logged and they are above the thresshold. Is this Correct? Thresshold is percentage insensitivity to volts of the sensor? Any news regarding active knock control?

Thanks

Strange problem with haltech. Left the car to a parking lot. Went for my break. Came back and while cranking the engine the whole car lights went on like christmas tree. Engine Cel, ABS, ESP went on. Car went on safe mode. I could not revup more than 1500RPM. Throttle went down from 10 to 0%. Car died on me. I run Cipher diagnostics. Throttle position sensor cel was acttivated. Clear the trouble. Did the same thing. Repeat the procedure and finally I managed to break free after half an hour. I was really crazy. After that I cruised down home. Not any other obvious problem. Not any other trouble codes. Nothing at all. Can not understand what went wrong.

Default Problems continue

I dont understand what is wrong with the car. With the O2 control activated the car is stuggering, and throws CEL with throttle position sensor, which by the way is recently changed. When I disable O2 control problems dissapear. WHAT IS WROOOOOONG.

o2 control doesn't cause any problems for me. What o2 control parameters are you using? Have you tried any data logging?

I have loged them. O2correction constantly remains 0. O2 sensor type wideband, max enrichment 25%, max disenrichment 25%,MAX MAP 0.2 bars, max TPS 35%, MAX RPM 4000.

You use Knock Level D. You have to calibrate it as per the instructions

Sorry to bring this old thread back.

So did u ever get this little bug worked out? I am having a similar issue as well with a friends car. Let me know what remedied this situation.

Thanks in advance.

Everything has been solved out by removing the throttle body harness pin. I disasembled the wire, and renew the pin with a spare one I had from, UNICHIP. This fixed the issue once and for all. Loose connection.
