Hey if you want to consider it bashing thats cool. I gave you guys the straight dope on exactly what this product does.

of course it does.
instead of linearly opening the throttle body, it opens it at a steeper curve.
ie stock you push the throttle 20%, you get 20% open TB,
with this you push 20% but see 40% TB opening.
You still have 0-100% range so u arent gaining any power, but you do save energy in your right foot by not having to push it down as far on the accelerator.

Here's something to think about...
If you don't have to push the pedal down as far to get to WOT...that's a shorter distance. shorter distance = less time. Cable to DBW response difference = milliseconds.
I'd say it works.
Toe response would be a better description...

I was looking at your product but after the way I see you bully these threads, I think not.
There are MANY other choices out there.
