theres a performance shop that dyno tunes near where i live. If i get my ecu reflashed , would it benefit me to take it to the shop afterwards to dyno tune it for more power? or should i just take it to the shop to get it dyno tuned without reflashing my ecu?
my current mods are... 1/2'' MD Iso thermal spacer, aps test pipes, dynotune 75 shot, injen CAI, and a turbo XS exhaust..
any help would be appreciatedd

They can't just "dynotune" your car unless they specifically say they can dynotune Z/G's...AFAIK....might check with them as far as what kind of tuner they car. (which brand)....
Personally, I'd look into Uprev's Osiris. Its a reflash program (among other things.....www.uprev.com, and if your shop hasn't heard of em, give each of their info to the other. see if you can't get them talking.
You will need a Tune for Nitrous, and a tune w/o Nitrous. as most Nitrous kits run rich...not optimal for HP....you can tune it to stoich. and it'll be a beast.
A generic "reflash" isn't going to be in your best interest....if you can get a true dyno tune you won't need another reflash, as the one they do on the dyno will be a "custom reflash". If you get the reflash, then take it to get a dynotune, you will be altering many of the things (if not all) that the reflash did....so reflash before dynotune is waste.

They actually send you up to 5 different maps. You tell them what you want each map to be. Mine, for example, are:
1. Stock
2. 91 Octane Performance
3. 93 Octane Performance
4. Valet
5. Economy
1. Stock

You can also take your car to one of our Pro Tuners and they can tune it using Osiris. It's not just a reflash, we tune cars all the time with it
Based on the mods in the OP's sig I don't think he would benefit much from a pro tuner vs. the Uprev email tune. The benefits and simplicity of the e-tune would far outweigh trying to locate a pro tuner. Just get on a dyno, record A/F readings, send them to Uprev and bam, you have a new tune. It might not be the "optimum" tune but it should be darn close.
