Hi everyone,

Just got my car tuned @ EIP Racing, San Jose CA. Big thanks to Paul @ EIP. The 2.5hr drive from Sacramento was worth it (except all the cops with laser guns).

My base dyno has the following power mods:
- K&N drop-in filter
- Motordyne 5/16" spacer
- Ultimate Racing High Flow Cats
- Borla TD exhaust + magnaflow x-pipe
- 4.08 gears

Question: I asked Paul this same question and he said that the DynoJet equivalent is 25%. I doubt that so if anyone has dyno'd both DJ and Mustang, let me know your results.

Edit: I forgot to mention that my buddy came with me to have his M3 dyno'd after my tune. He's got Shark software + Rogue Engineering w/open valve switch exhaust. He made about the same torque as I did but his HP was 260!

It's a full tune not a generic one that UpRev sends.

 

Pretty low numbers, I have a 04 with same mods and made 282/262 on there (Generic) awesome flash. Its probably even more after my E-tune's now.

 

Not on a Mustang dyno. Mustangs are heartbreakers, they show a far lower number than most other dynos.

Did the tune increase your rev limiter? If so, to what RPM?

I have about the same mods as you, and it feels like my car would continue to pull past 6500rpm.

I just called my tuner, he said he didn't remove the limiter so my dyno only shows up to 6500. I'm having him move the rev limit to 7000 but won't know if I'll make power. I think it probably won't since its a DE motor.
