If it is being tuned with osiris that includes the license fee. 700 is fine. 400 (license fee)+300 for the tune.

i just checked with him again, he said if i have my own Osiris Tuner, he'll charge me $150 for a dyno tune. which is fair enough.

Depending on dyno I'll say 307whp. I have a JIC single and an Osiris flash which put me at 284. I'm installing injen dual cai, stillen headers/hfc's. With a new tune I'm hoping for 300whp. Mine goes in next week. Good luck!
