n/a mods??

hey whats up guys. im getting ready to buy an hr z so ive been doing some research...i was just wondering...what kind of gains are you looking at with a cai headers exhaust and plenum and protune?? what else can you do with a na build without tearing into the block? do you have to buy some sort of ems for the tuner to tune? if so whats the cheapest way to do so?

Alright alrigt I deserved that I didn't do alot of research just being lazy but anyone want to point me in the right direction??? This forum is alot different then nasioc..(Subaru forum) thanks guys
