Default Need to increase idle

I have just completed building an engine and having it tuned. Everything is great, but the idle is to low. using a haltech engine management system. I took my car to the dealer to try and get the idle up. Just can't get it up to 1000 rpm. Anyone have a suggestion on how to get the idle up?
Thanks

Idle is part of the drive-by-wire system controlled by the stock computer. To raise the idle to 1000 (or whatever you like) requires a reflash. This can be performed by mailing your ecu to us, or we can mail you a cable that plugs into your obd2 port to update your stock computer. Please call or pm if you would like to do either option.

i raised mine up with a cipher cable.. same thing the dealer uses.. it will only allow you to bump it up 200 rpm but that was enough for me.. i believe it only works for 03-05 cars.. dont know anything about the haltech stuff though could be different.. just my .02
