Default UPREV Osiris Tuned

Hey all,
Recently, I had my car UPREV osiris custom tuned w/ 5 maps, and so far, I am pleased with it. It was done by Dave at Function:Tuned in Northern VA. I have gained a peak of 10 horses (will post dyno charts once I get it scanned in), and 9 ft/lbs torque. Overall, the car runs much smoother, and pulls harder in the lower to midrange area. My question is that I forgot to ask Dave, I just left him an email but he wont get to it faster than I think this forum will, If I put it in the performance map (map 1), and drive around doing my normal routine (work, errands), then shut the car off...will the map have to be set again when I get back in the car and start it up, or is it saved into the ECU, so that when the car is started next, its in the map it was in before it shut off? Also, I got the car tuned when it was hot, and my afr ratio was wack due to all my bolt ons, but will this be affected when it comes winter time/fall, and make things not do okay...or better? Just wondering guys, because I am just making sure I dont have to get it retuned or anything?

291 on Dave's dyno....very solid. ECU corrects via IAT's (temperature). Too my knowledge the map you are on when you shut the car off is the map you are on when you start it up.....I usually just switch as part of my start up routine to make sure it is on the map I want.

So basically, come the fall/winter, will the ECU/Osiris "know" what to do? Appreciate the speedy response!

The ecu scales timing to temperature (along with some other variables) (IAT=Intake Air Temperature).....it just sees the incoming number and adjusts.
